The 4th ACJRC Joint Symposium will be hosted by Monash University via Zoom Webinar on 28 April 2020. The coorganisers include Soochow University, our industry partners China National Cereals, Oils and Foodstuffs Corporation (COFCO) and Mengniu Dairy.
The symposium will be showcasing ACJRC project outcomes, which cover the 4 research themes: developing functional dairy products, improved dairy manufacturing processes, innovative membrane processes, and modelling for process optimisation.
