李兴飞,博士,金沙检测线路js69副研究员,主要从事蛋白质科学与技术方面的相关研究,包括植物蛋白的功能特性、蛋白质的风味和营养特性、蛋白质改性、蛋白质与多糖分子相互作用、植物蛋白发酵特性及发酵产品的开发等相关领域的科研工作。作为项目负责人,主持承担国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年基金、江苏省自然科学基金青年基金、山东省重点研发计划、中国博士后面上基金等多项国家及省部级课题,主持企业横向课题多项。以第一作者或通讯作者在国外重要期刊发表相关学术论文20余篇,申请及授权相关专利10余件,获中国商业联合会科技进步奖一等奖。
