►个人简介
夏书芹,金沙检测线路js69教授、博士生导师。主要从事食品化学领域的教学和科研工作,包括功能性食品配料与添加剂的微纳米胶囊包埋、食品加工与贮存过程中色、香、味、质的调控等。近五年来主持或主要参与了国家自然科学基金面上项目、江苏省自然科学基金面上项目、“十三五”国家科技计划项目及“十二五”国家科技计划项目等10项,完成企业合作开发课题10项。在国内外学术期刊上发表学术论文70余篇,其中第一和通讯作者发表SCI源刊收录论文40余篇。授权发明专利8项,参与出版专著3部。获中国轻工业联合会科技进步一等奖,高等学校科学研究优秀成果二等奖等4项。
